Shhh, we’re talking about Dynamics.
Over the last two months, we’ve made content talking about harmony and rhythm. For November, we’re completing the holy trinity of music by talking about the energy and volume that makes up music.
We’re going to go over various techniques for different instruments talking about how to change the amount of energy your instrument makes.
Student of the Month
October’s student of the month is Lukas. He was chosen because he pushed himself beyond his normal limits. He challenged himself to play a song with the recording from front to back. Not only did he stick with his goal but he completed his task. Congrats Lukas!

Alex’s Cool Music Gear of the Month
The Ebow
Guitar players. Have you ever thought “What if I could play my guitar like a violin?” Wonder no more. Introducing the Ebow.
The Ebow is a battery powered device that allows you to create fades, slurs, bowing sounds, and infinite sustains similar to a bowed instrument like a violin or cello.
It’s a very cool device with a huge variety of possibilities. Put on a little distortion, turn on the delay, and role down the tone knob for a really cool and unique experience.

How Bout Dem Packers?
We are nearly halfway through the season and it’s been quite a ride already. Xavier Mckinny is on FIRE! And our defense has the most turnovers in the league. Getting very similar vibes to 2010 when we last won the Super Bowl.
Jordan Love has been decent but recently left the game with another injury. Fortunately, Will Levis has proven to be a great backup so at least we’re not sweating too much yet.
Finally, we have kicker?!? Brought from retirement essentially, Brandon McMannus saved us after his first game in Green Bay.
The script writers for the NFL are taking us on a crazy ride and I can’t wait to see what happens next.
We gave a bye week in the month of November in addition to two divisional games and a game against the 49’ers and Dolphins. There are no free weeks in the near future. Green Bay will need to play solid if we hope to have playoff aspirations.
